Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 2-4 business days. Custom-made or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. Where applicable, the estimated production time will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Domestic Shipping: 2-4 business days
Same-Day Delivery (Selected Areas): Within 5 hours. The cutoff time for same-day delivery is 6pm.
International Shipping: 7-14 business days (delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
Returns & Refunds
Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection. Please review all product information, measurements, and photographs carefully before placing your order.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving your order.

The item must remain unworn, unused, and unaltered, with its original packaging and tags included.
As our jewellery is handcrafted using natural pearls, seashells, and gemstones, variations in colour, shape, size, texture, and surface characteristics are part of each material’s natural beauty. These variations make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
Assessment and Resolution
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide further instructions if the item needs to be returned.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or a refund, subject to product availability and applicable law.
Forever Beach will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Return shipping costs will not be covered for unauthorised returns.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns Policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Contact Us page or our social media channels:
Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns Policy.
